Neil Beaton


2018 gives us an opportunity to explore a new catering option with the arrival of Neil Beaton in the kitchen.

Neil brings a wealth of experience with 7 years as head chef at Gullane GC while prior to that spending 13 years around the Edinburgh catering scene. Latterly Neil has been working the events circuit across the UK including Henley Royal Regatta and Ascot Race Course.
