Personal Golf Buggies
There is a bit of confusion reference the club's stance on the use of personal ride on buggies.
By law these cannot be banned from the course if the course is open to other members.
Our policy states" From time to time the Green Keeping staff may recommend that buggies are not used due to the state of the course, or the weather is such that safety on, or the condition of the course may be unacceptably compromised if a ride-on buggy is used. "
We would ask in such circumstances that buggy users would adhere to the recommendation.
Please check the Web Site or contact the Pro's Shop as to the status of the course.
The Committee has formulated the following regulation to come into effect immediately.
"Any member wishing to use a personal buggy must apply for
permission from the Committee in writing and adhere to the
Club’s Golf Buggy Policy."
